SCHEDULING, PUNCTUALITY, AND LESSON DURATION
-
Lessons may be conducted in group, duo, or solo formats, and may be delivered as fixed weekly sessions or limited flexible arrangements depending on the programme.

You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not extend the lesson end time.

If you arrive late, the lesson will proceed with the remaining time and will be considered delivered in full.
-
Playback may change the allocated classroom, lesson order, or instructor assignment when operationally necessary.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND MAKE-UP LESSONS

Unless your programme expressly states otherwise, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

-
Playback may adjust class grouping, class size, or timetables to balance skill levels and operations.
